[How To Make Raw Amazake(Rice Koji) by Yogurt Maker]

Amazake which is Japanese energy drink made from rice koji. It has gentle sweetness and rich in nutrition. You can enjoy it cold in summer, hot in winter. I will show you whole steps of how to make Amazake by rice koji using yogurt maker.
1. Clean the inner container
2. Separate rice koji before opening package
3. Boil water till 63C-65C
4. Mix boiled water with rice koji
5. Set the container in the yogurt maker for 6 hours at 60C
6. Transfer in a bottle and keep it in a fridge

飲む点滴と言われ、栄養豊富で体力回復に効果的な甘酒。特に火入れをしていない、手作りの生甘酒は栄養満点です。ヨーグルトメーカーを使えば簡単にご自宅でも生甘酒を作れます。生甘酒の作り方の全工程をご覧ください。
1. ヨーグルトメーカーの容器を消毒する
2. 米麹を袋から出す前に粒をバラバラにして、容器に入れる
3. お湯を沸かす、63度-65度
4. お湯を加えて混ぜる
5. 60度で6時間、発酵する
6. 出来上がりを容器に移し、冷蔵庫で保管する
