There's a million videos on YouTube about what people eat in a day. But I don't think I've come across one that is about foods to stay mentally sharp, increase concentration, or general cognitive performance.
So if you're not interested in food diaries that help people stay 'lean', 'shredded' or 'bulky' then this will be the video for you.
