Power for Parkinson's Strength & Balance: Full-Length At-Home Exercise Class
Put on your favorite music and let's get moving! This Strength & Balance workout led by Power for Parkinson's instructor Debbie Rosenberg is sure to have you sweating it out in no time. This class uses two props: a medium-sized ball (small ball, plastic bowl, or a couch pillow could also work) and a resistance band (could substitute a rolled up towel or a necktie). This workout also includes a tricky balance section - make sure you have a safe space, free of obstacles, and a spotter nearby if you choose to give it a try!
