【8 Steps】
NOTE: Soak your two-piece freediving wetsuit in the water for a while until it is completely wet before you get in it. No soapy water required in this demo video as it is an open-cell/lined wetsuit.
00:00-00:36 GET INTO THE WATER and slide both of your legs into the pants
00:36-00:45 Pull up the pants to your waist by your palms and fingers gently
00:45-01:05 Adjust the pants and make sure it fits on you
01:05-01:45 GET INTO THE WATER and slide both of your legs into the top
01:45-01:55 Put more water into the top and slide through it with your head
01:55-02:28 Adjust the top and make sure it fits on you; you may take off the hood if this makes you more comfortable (💡Tips: 02:15-02:20 Blow the air into the sleeves to make it easier for adjustment)
02:28-02:38 Fasten the double beaver tail clips
02:38-02:54 Take on the hood and make sure your hair is kept inside
