This video tries to analyze the Strengths and Weaknesses of the 4-4-2 playing system compared to other systems.

In the past the coach used only the cones but thanks to the “opponent team” analyst the coach can now use other teammates to simulate the key movements done by the opponents during previous matches.

In this video the movements done by the opponents have been selected in order to simplify the understanding.

Each action should also be tested by starting from the left side.
