Arms trembling on the pec dec, veins popping, eyes bulging, a little bit of screaming… yup, sounds like a good chest day to us! 💪 After watching how seriously Dusty & his boys train, it’s no wonder they’re absolutely massive.
It starts off with a light upper body warmup to get some blood flowing to the muscles to prepare them for absolute destruction!
The workout continues with lots of high volume sets on different chest press machines to target the pecs, delts and triceps at varying angles - no muscle gets left behind! Next up is maxing out on a smith machine incline press, going as heavy as they can for every set whether they like it or not. 😰
Just when you think the hard work is over, they finish off with some accessory moves but still take it to the extreme - just watch how much they’re shaking by the time they get to the pec deck!
Train like this and you’re gonna be hurting real good the next day, but don’t worry - that chest pain isn’t a heart attack, it’s just really bad DOMS.
