Kinpira is a dish made by stir-frying shredded ingredients with soy sauce, sugar and mirin in a sweet and salty soy sauce.
It's a very common and popular side dish!
⭐️Ingredients: 3 - 4 servings
- 300 - 350g Renkon (Lotus root)
- 1/2 packet Konnyaku (konjac)
- 1 baby chilli
- some sesame seeds
⭐️For seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar (add more sugar if you want sweeter)
