30 minutes EMOM workout including Swing, Burpees and Clusters.
You can swap the Kettlebell for a Dumbbell.
Complete following exercises within the minute for 30 minutes in total (rest for remaining time before starting next exercise)
- Equipment: Kettlebells (I'm using 28kg and 20kg KB in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
- Workout: 30 Rounds EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
1) x 20 reps - KB Swing
2) x 15 reps - Burpees
3) x 10 reps - (5xRight+5xLeft) Clusters
