As I mention in the video, August 21, 2016 marks four years in depression "recovery", however one may define that. I mark it as the day I decided, once and for all, that depression was part of me but not all of me. This was terrifying to shoot but if it helps even one person feel less "different", "broken" or alone, it was well worth it.
