TIP – Tell the interviewer you want the job because you have read the job description and it is perfectly aligned to your skills and qualities.

TIP – Don’t say anything negative about your former employer, your manager, or your work colleagues. Be positive, but give something you disliked that shows you are an ambitious and driven person.
