Constipation is one of the most common digestive problems in the world.
Common symptoms include:
-Hard & dry bowel movements,
-Going fewer than three times a week.
-Straining to have bowel movements
-Feeling as though you can't completely empty the stool from your rectum.
It is very important that you add fiber in your diet but for some people adding too much fiber also leads to constipation, so be careful when you add fiber in your food, don't overdo it.
