This product is recommended for 18+. The information that I quoted in the beginning is from Inhale Health's website. Please do your own research before using this or any similar product. There hasn't been enough research on the long-term effects of vaping even without the toxic ingredients traditionally found in e-cigarettes, so I don't claim these are healthy, just not as bad as traditional vapes.
