Adam Cole is All Elite and he revealed, in the post-show media scrum after All Out, that it was a fairly easy decision for him to leave WWE for AEW. He confirmed internet reports that he and WWE both were caught off guard by how early his contract came due, and also that he had a personal meeting with Vince McMahon last month. Solomonster also talks about reports of what one of the plans were for him, had he stayed, which was to make him a MANAGER for a heel Keith Lee.
