Think of mystery shoppers as "undercover customers" sent out to observe, interact and report on their customer experience. Mystery shoppers are typically employed by a third-party rather than the store or company itself.

What do I love about EPMS? 💡
#1. No money needed, no purchases made.
#2. The website is easy to use. Very user friendly.
#3. Paid monthly.
#4. Direct deposit.
#5. Anyone can do this. Do you have a phone, internet connection, car and a little free time? You’re good to go with some contracts (jobs).

Things I recommend:
#1. Consider location of the shop and all the time needed to complete the shop before choosing a shop.
#2. Find shops where you can talk with anyone, avoid those that require a specific person, unless you have the additional time to track them down.
#3. Note the deadline and give yourself enough time to call, visit the apartment community, and submit the report.
#4. Confirm the leasing agents name, take notes and record your conversations if you can do it without being obvious.
#5. Collect the leasing agents business cards and community materials.
