I started squatting as a high bar squatter. Everything was smooth sailing, until I switched to the low bar squat technique. I did not know the proper bar placement nor the mechanics of a low bar squat. In result, my form was very unstable. Tweaking my lower back was apart of the routine, and in result it ultimately stopped my progress. In this video, I went over the basic comparison of both the high bar and low squat.
