Here’s a compilation of my current progress with the yo-yo release in bowling for the month of May.
With the No Step/Foul Line Drill, 1 Step Drill and occasional 4 Step Drill, I’ve continued to implement these into my sessions and have helped me isolate and fine tune any issues.
Each practice I focus on something different and I create a checklist of what I want to accomplish.
Some days are good, some days are bad; sometimes I’m not able to make that mind muscle connection.
For the month of June, my goals are to get behind and under the bowling ball more, re-introduce lateral spine tilt, be taller, and establish clean footwork (getting my feet left).
