Need to move? This routine will warm up and wake up your whole body!
We are a neurocentric education company, so we get you to move, but in very specific ways that target all your systems - Vision, Vestibular (balance), and Proprioception (joints and muscles) with an emphasis to change the input to your brain to optimize your time and benefits.
In this week’s blog we put together a “do anywhere” 20-minute routine that you can complete all at once or break up into segments throughout your day depending on your goals or schedule.

P.S. We use soccer as a specific example for a couple of the drills, but trust us, this is for everyone! Only three segments of 25 seconds use any outside elements, otherwise it’s just you and your body.
