Lower Body Dryland Workout For Swimmers | No Equipment
This dryland is designed to build strength, speed, and stability in you lower body. You'll find its broken up into four sections with each one targeting different muscle groups within the legs and working them from multiple angles.
Each round is built as follows:
30s - Strength
30s - Dynamic Stretch/Stability
30s - Strength
30s - High Intensity
30s - Rest
This way, you can scale the workout to your own fitness level and share it with the whole team. Cheers!
