This is the barre portion of a ballet class that you can do at home. It is designed for intermediate level dancers to help build technique, strength, musicality, and artistry. It is taught by my wonderful boyfriend, Christopher Sellars, a former First Soloist with Ballet West. Take you time, use proper technique, and enjoy yourself!
