In this video we harvest peaches from our neighbor's orchard and prepare them for the freezer so we can enjoy them all year long. We usually pick and preserve about 2 bushel of peaches annually, and help our neighbor pick and sell his peaches at local farmers markets. He has a 150 tree peach orchard here in East TN which yields hundreds of bushels of peaches each summer.
