The rising temperature contributed to a rise in the body temperature which can create many health problems. When the body heat increases one may experience symptoms such as acne, heartburn, skin rashes, and diarrhea.
These symptoms of Pitta imbalance are often caused by:
An unhealthy diet with pitta-aggravating foods like sour, salty, pungent, deep-fried, and processed foods
Spending too much time in the sun
Being overstimulated with tea, coffee, alcohol, or cigarettes
High levels of stress that can lead to emotional outbursts
Being overworked and stressed without getting enough rest
Being exposed to toxins and other chemicals
Eat pitta-pacifying foods like ghee, milk, leafy greens, cucumber, capsicum, and asparagus.
Your food to reduce pitta should include grains like rice, wheat, and oats.
Legumes can also help your pitta balance. These include lentils, black beans, and split peas.
Nuts and seeds like sunflower seeds, almonds, and pumpkin seeds are great for pitta.
Spices that can help with pitta include turmeric, cumin, and coriander.
Avoid foods like white sugar, honey, beef, salmon, chicken, cashews, urad dal, bananas, pineapple, beets, garlic, and tomatoes
Keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day
