Lemon and the lemon peel contain:
loads of vitamin C helps to burn fat, & boost the immune system
Ginger is a fat burner and helps stabilize the blood sugar levels thereby helps to lose weight.
Cinnamon is great for losing belly fat and helps :boost metabolism decrease blood sugar encouraging weight loss
Ingredients,
Water- 2-3 cups1 tbsp, fresh ginger (slightly pounded)
1 large cinnamon stick or 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Juice of one lemon & peel sliced
1 tsp instant coffee
1 tbsp raw honey or any sweetener of choice
Method,
to a pot, add 4 cups of water, add sliced lemon peels1 tbsp slightly ponded/crushed ginger and 1 large cinnamon stick
Mix and bring to a boil. boil for 8-10 minutes.
strain the lemon water and add the reserved lemon juice. mix well.
add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee add 1 tbsp raw honey, and mix well and serve hot.
Drink a cup in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast.
