Today on Booze On The Rocks I show you how to make the Smoky Daiquiri. This variation on the Classic Daiquiri is simple and easy. It uses the Cuban smoky rum made by Havana Club. It is aged in Islay whisky barrels to give it toasted oak, spice, dried fruit, cocoa nibs, vanilla and chocolate notes. This is one of those easy rum recipes that you can make over and over.

SMOKY DAIQUIRI
2 oz/60 ml Cuban Smoky Rum
.75 oz/22.5 ml Simple Syrup
1 oz/30 ml Lime Juice
Method
1. Add all ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds/
3. Fine strain into coupe glass
4. Garnish with a Blood Orange Wheel.
