When you fill your Hydrovest, Aquabag and/or Aquaball with more water, it becomes havier but also more stable. If you put less water in, it becomes lighter but also more unstable. Our products come in different sizes and measures, this makes it easy to variate and ensure there is always one ready for you or your clients.

Those 4 steps will help you with filling your new product!

Step 1: Start by unscrewing the button on the top of our product and check if the valve is pressed down to its lowest position.
Step 2: Now it's open and ready to be filled with water to the required weight.
Step 3: Pop the valve back up by pressing it to its highest locked position and pump it up with the included hand pump.
Step 4: Close the button and you are ready to go. Enjoy your work-out
