With the combination of citrus, sugar and bourbon make the whiskey sour is one of the perfect drink in any occasion.

Here the recipes:
2 oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
Egg white

Add all in the shaker, and DRY shake.
Then add ice into the shaker and shake well.

Strain into the coupe glass

Drop Angostura bitter as the garnish and also to get some aroma (optional)
