We are going to define our glutes, thighs, hamstrings, quads, and calves! This workout also includes finishers!!! Finishers are a fun and challenging way to increase the intensity and the muscle's time under tension!

LOWER BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 45lbs / 4.5 - 20kg
- EXERCISE MAT
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
- EXERCISE BOX/BENCH - You can also use a sturdy chair, couch, or bed! If you don't have this, I will have modifications
- BOOTY BAND OR MINI RESISTANCE BAND - If you don't have this, no worries, you can do all the exercises without!
