Egg gravy
Ingredients:
4 boiled eggs
2 big onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 spoon of chilli powder
1 spoon of coriander powder
1 spoon of garam masala
Pinch of turmeric
Salt
Paste 1
1 cup of coconut milk (1 மூடி தேங்காய்)
Paste 2
1 spoon of poppy seeds(கசகசா)
10 cashews
2 badams
Soak well and grind into smooth paste
Method:
Take a pan. Pour 5 tbsp of oil. Add some mustard and gram dal. Add 2 chopped big onions. Saute well till the onion becomes transparent. Add tomatoes to it. Let it blend well. Now add the spices and salt to it. Let the raw smell vanishes. Add both pastes and 1cup of water. Let it thicken. Close the lid and cook for 5 mins in low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. Now add the eggs to it. Let the egg cook for 1 minute. Best served hot
