Dear Friends, In this video we will see “How to make Prawn Vada / Prawn Vadai / Eral Vadai easily at Home”. This Prawn Vada / Prawn Vadai / Eral Vadai is one of my favourite dishes in Prawn and it can be easily done at home easily without any help.
Friends, I added big onion, you can add small onion which will further increase the taste of the Vadai. While frying the Vadai, care should be given not to over fry the Vadai because it will spoil the texture and the real taste of it.

The Ingredients used are:
1. Prawn – 200 Gms
2. Pottu Kadalai (Roasted Channa Dhal) – ½ Cup
3. Onion – 2
4. Green Chillies – 3
5. Curry Leaves
6. Grated Coconut – 1 TBSP
7. Garlic – 4
8. Ginger – 1 Inch
9. Coriander Leaves
10. Turmeric Powder – ½ TSP
11. Salt – To Taste
12. Egg – 1
13. Oil – As Required
