Incredibly EASY Why didn't I know about this recipe before! no oven

Mix well
Marinate for 10 mins
Oil 1/2 cup
Fry chicken until golden brown
Cashew nut 1 cup
Fry for 2-3 mins until golden brown
Reduce some oil
Oil 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Cook for 2 mins
Green capsicum 2 tbsp
Red capsicum 2 tbsp
Yellow capsicum 2 tbsp
Onion 1/4 cup
Carrot 1/4 cup
Green chilli 3 pieces
Sugar 1 tbsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Saute for 2 mins
Fried chicken and nuts
Cook for 2 mins
Cucumber 1/4 cup
Parsley 2 tbsp
Mix well
