How to measure and cut rear derailleur housing and add cable only. This is still part of my personal Surly Cross Check bike build. I measure the correct length for all parts of the rear derailleur housing (2 sections) and install the cable into the housing only. I have another video that will show the attaching and adjustment of the rear derailleur.
