How to fill up balikbayan box shipping invoice?

Please noted the delivery info's in the video is just an example not a real person.

Here's an advance info's to be ready.

1. Prepare in advance before the pick up or drop off agent take your box, ask the recipient to give you the address and 2 active phone number. and make your packing list of items you place inside the box.
2. Use a black or Blue pen.
3. Write as heavy as you can so it will dent marked to 4th page of the invoice.
4. Write in capital letters or big letters. observed the spacing of letters and words, it should not overlap from letters next to it. Take your time in writing delivery info's. Make sure the encoder and delivery team can understand every letter and word in it.
5. Sign at shipper/sender slot after the declaration reminder.
