Recipes in English:
Ingredients:
-Leftover bread slices large as required
-Chocolate spread as required
-Semi-sweetened dark chocolate grated 80g
-Cream 100ml
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 5 tbs
-Cream
-Chocolate chips
Directions:
-Trim bread edges with the help of knife & apply chocolate spread on one side of each bread slice.
-Roll the bread slice & cut in 1-inch-thick pin wheels.
-Place all the pinwheels in a baking dish facing the cut side upwards & set aside.
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for a minute, mix well until smooth & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add milk & cook on low flame until it simmers.
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & whisk well until frothy.
-Gradually add hot milk in egg mixture & whisk continuously.
-Add melted chocolate & whisk well.
-Pour the mixture on bread pin wheels,press gently & soak for 15 minutes.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
-Drizzle cream,sprinkle chocolate chips & serve!

-Bread slice ko roll ker lein aur 1-inch-thick pin wheels cut ker lein.
-Baking dish mein pin wheels rakh dein (facing the cut side upwards) & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein dark chocolate aur cream dal ker ek minute kliya microwave ker lein phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Saucepan mein doodh dal dein aur halki ancch per garam ker lein.
-Bowl mein anday aur cheeni dal dein aur frothy ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka garam doodh egg mixture mein shamil karein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein.
-Melted chocolate dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Bread pin wheels mein mixture ko pour ker lein,gently press karein aur 15 minute kliya soak hunay dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 30 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Cream aur chocolate chips dal ker serve karein!
