This is an RBY OU game from the early-2000s that I converted into a Pokemon Showdown Replay. Hipno goes by Hipmonlee these days, and is one of the most historically significant figures on the RBY Community, being RBY OU/UU's de-facto Tier Leader of sorts for a time. Who's Chris? No idea.

Porygon's Big Show was among the first battle simulators for RBY, released in 2000 and it's still sort of kept up today, albeit not updated.

It was very buggy, especially Wrap and friends, but back then, it was all we had. Many notable figures in the community, such as Fish, Lesm46, GGFan, and of course Hipmonlee, would start out here, and would go on to make an impact on platforms such as NetBattle and Shoddy Battle.

I don't know any context behind the match - any of that is likely long gone -but it was one of few battles to remain find-able on Porygon's Big Show.
