Try out this Winter Special Makhandi halwa which has a unique flavour. This Halwa has a perfect blend of ingredients cooked with semolina but tastes just like Moong Dal halwa. The process of cooking gives it a unique texture and flavour.

Servings - 5

1 cup semolina (or) sooji (or) rava
2 cups room temperatured milk
3/4 cup melted ghee
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp chopped almonds
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Garnish it with some chopped pistachios and dried rose petals
