A short one today, but, an important one if you are considering a sub homage!
If you are, then I would ask that you seriously consider the Steeldive SD1953. It's quite literally the best $100 you can spend on a watch...well unless you prefer the SD1970...! :)
As you may have guessed, the Steeldive SD1953 is a homage to the Iconic Rolex Submariner.
This homage from the Chinese brand Steeldive contains an automatic Seiko NH35A movement, a stainless steel case & bracelet with solid end links. It also has a sapphire crystal & ceramic bezel with a lumed engraved bezel.
Having owned more expensive homages such as the Steinhart Ocean One range, I can honestly say that this watch is up there in terms of build quality.
