Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer has called for the left to take “responsibility” for their discourse around Donald Trump.
The former president was pierced by a bullet at his recent rally after a shooter attempted to assassinate him.
“What’s the reaction from the left? We all need to take the temperature down,” Mr Spicer said.
“I’ve said from the jump that violence never had a place but it’s the left that turned the rhetoric up.”
