I decided to film another barre routine but this time make it much more challenging by remembering the exercises and combinations my phenomenal teacher at Vaganova Lyudmila Valentinovna Kovaleva used to give us every day. Nowadays after completing this routine I wouldn’t need any center exercises or even jumps because my muscles would be not only warm but also quite exhausted in a pleasant way!

The story behind this is that I remember very vividly that we used to literally die during Lyudmila Valentinovna’s barres but we would also be getting so much stronger every day! Sometimes she could give us twice as much work and it was so useful but so hard! So thank you from the bottom of my heart, dear Lyudmila Valentinovna for giving me this knowledge!!!
