RJ Boxing S & C is looking to update there channel in the next 6 months to create well structured boxing content for all our subscribers and non subscribers.
Jack is a very experienced boxer and Rav is a Muay Thai boxer going to into boxing. He is not competing but help motivate people, learn and have fun at the same time.
Rav is studying to become a Strength and Conditioning coach. He has had the experience to train online with Chris Barnard for over a year and has enrolled in one of there coaching courses Overtime Athletes University.
