The “Big Six” Lymphatic Mobilization as taught by Dr. Perry Nickleston. Do this video first for about a week when starting lymphatic work before moving onto subsequent videos. If you have a “detox” reaction (headache, fatigue, body aches) stop until you feel better and then restart. If no longer experiencing detox symptoms, you can move on to Arms/Legs video.
