Derryck Thornton committed to Duke to become a Blue Devil and part of the Class of 2015. With the departure of Tyus Jones for the 2015 NBA Draft, Duke needed a point guard who could step in and play big minutes immediately. Derryck Thornton has a combination of speed and ball handling skills that make him nearly impossible to guard. The Findlay Prep floor general is very athletic, knocks down threes consistently and gets into the paint at will. Look out for Duke's 2015 Recruiting Class to make some noise next year.
