Transitioning to a raw vegan diet changed my life like nothing else. It is by far the best thing I have ever done with my entire life. In this video I share with you my raw vegan transition story including the way I felt before being raw vegan and the symptoms/health problems I used to have...along with what has changed since adapting to the raw vegan lifestyle.
I used to feel depressed, tired, crash in the afternoons, tired after eating...now I feel energized after eating, steady/high energy all day and love the delicious raw vegan recipes. In this video i also offer some raw food diet beginner tips which I think can be very helpful!
