Dr. David Lee demonstrates how to use a calf stretcher (or foot rocker) to really maximize the stretch down your calf and through the Achilles tendon. If you don't have a foot rocker, you can find one here ([ Ссылка ]). This stretching tool makes it really easy, but you can also perform this stretch by placing the ball of your foot up against the wall to mimic the same angle.
