This Coconut Almond Yogurt recipe comes from Lou Corona (founder of PuraDyme). He has many videos on You Tube showing how to make this yogurt. I decided to make this recipe in case you don't know who Lou is and also so you could see how I like to eat my yogurt. Enjoy!
1/2 cup soaked almonds (at least 12 hour soak)rinsed and strained or any other nut or seed you like (cashews,walnuts,pine nuts, pumpkin seeds,etc.)
1 1/4 cup coconut water (this can be fresh or if store bought I try to get the purest one available) or you can just use filtered water
3/4 cup fresh coconut meat (this is optional)
1/2 tsp. LiyfBiotic (Probiotics sold at [ Ссылка ] )
1/2 Tb. Liyf Essentials (optional)
Yields 2 cups total.
