This video was not ever intended as an instructional video but rather is made of short clips and extracts taken from our regular training class. The clips were mostly taken in summary of techniques we'd done in detail in the lesson as a review. One thing that the video does show is how within regular training in our system of Karate Jutsu how we transition from atemi waza into nage and kansetsu waza and then into ne waza. Hopefully this will help tide over some of your Corona training cravings!
