Have you tried the Murph Challenge?

It's a really difficult challenge, dedicated to Navy Lt. Michael P. Murphy who was the first service member to receive the Medal of Honor for service in Afghanistan, during a Memorial Day event on Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, May 24, 2015.

I did this challenge previously last year, that was my first time, I did it without the vest and had an amazing 38 Minutes. Having the vest changes a lot off course, especially because our vest was 1 kg heavier (It should be done with 20 LBS Vest, our was 22).

It was an amazing challenge that really pushed me, had me going through different emotions, but at the end as they say, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Make sure you give this challenge a try at least once in your lifetime, I would definitely recommend it.
