Andddd we are into episode 2 of my road to ADCC 2024! 🥹😍🫶🏼 There’s lots of buzz right now in the bjj community with CJI, WNO, people dropping from events left and right lol. But it’s been fun to have this goal keeping me focused, and to share that with my students. This episode takes ya through a jiu jitsu class of mine at one of our 4 gyms, where I get to teach attacks from the back, along with training with our coaches and students.
