Hey PEDALERS, in this video I go over my recent experience dealing with what seems to be a warranty issue with my new 2020 TCR Advanced 2.
Two spokes have broken and I have spent money, time, and effort fixing it at my local bike shop with my own funds before reaching out to Giant Canada and loss riding time as a result on a wheel that is not even a season old and when I contact Giant Canada regarding it, I feel as if I'm the only party that is making the effort to solve/fix the problem. Very frustrated at this point and will keep you updated with the situation. In the meanwhile keep pedaling PEDALERS!
