Chicken Tikka Paratha Roll Recipe in english:
Ingredients for paratha:
Wheat flour 1 cup
All-purpose flour 2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water (for kneading) as required
Flour (for dusting)
Oil (for cooking)
Ingredients for green chutney:
Coriander (fresh) 1/2 cup
Mint (fresh) 1 cup
Green chilies (fresh) 4-6
Salt to taste
Garlic cloves 3-4
Ingredients for garlic mayo sauce:
Cream 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves (minced) 3
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
Ingredients for assembling:
K&N's Mughlai Tikka 515g
Onion (sliced) as required
1/4 Salad leaves (shredded) as required
Directions for paratha:
1. In a bowl mix wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, ghee and oil.
2. Add water gradually and knead soft and sticky dough. Set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Divide dough in 4 rounds and take one round and roll it out, spread ghee in it and fold it in roll shape.
4. Roll it out to make a ball again, cover and rest it for 10 minutes.
5. Then roll it out, heat flat pan, place the paratha on it and cook.
6. Add oil on top and cook on medium low flame until light golden brown from both side.
7. Repeat the same process all rounds. Your parathas are ready.
Directions for green chutney:
1. In a blender add coriander, mint, green chilies, salt and garlic.
2. Blend all these ingredients well until well combined and set aside.
Directions for garlic mayo sauce:
1. In a bowl add cream, garlic, mayo, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
2. Mix all these ingredients until well combined. Your garlic mayo sauce is ready.
Assembling:
1. Prepare K&N's Mughlai Tikka as per the instructions on the pack. Set aside.
2. Take one paratha; spread green chutney on it evenly.
3. Then spread garlic mayo sauce and top it with prepared K&N's Mughlai Tikka.
4. Add onion, salad leaves and roll it. Your rolls are ready to serve.

پراٹھا بنانے کے اجزاء:
گندم کا آٹا 1کپ
میدہ 2کپ
کھانے کا تیل 2کھانے کے چمچ

کریم آدھا کپ

اسمبلنگ:

پیاز حسبِ ضرورت
کٹے ہوئے سلاد کے پتے حسبِ ضرورت
پراٹھا بنانے کی ترکیب:
ایک باؤل میں گندم کا آٹا، میدہ، نمک، گھی اور کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
اب تھوڑا تھوڑا کرکے پانی ڈال کر نرم ڈو گوندھ لیں اور تیس منٹ تک سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
پھر ڈو کو چار برابر حصوں میں کاٹ کر پیڑے بنا لیں اور بیل کر اس پر گھی لگاکر رول کی شکل میں فولڈ کر لیں۔
اب دوبارہ رول کر کے پیڑا بنا لیں اور دس منٹ تک سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
پھر دوبارہ رول کرلیں اور ایک فلیٹ پین گر م کرکے اس پر آئل ڈالیں اور پراٹھا لائٹ گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک اچھی طرح پکا لیں۔
ا ب اسی طرح سب پیڑوں کے پراٹھے بنا لیں۔
سبز چٹنی بنانے کی ترکیب:
ٍایک بلینڈر میں دھنیا، پودینہ، سبز مرچیں، نمک اور لہسن ڈال کر تمام اجزاء اچھی طرح بلینڈ کر لیں۔
گارلِک مایو سوس بنانے کی ترکیب:
ایک باؤل میں کریم، لہسن، مایونیز، نمک، کالی مرچ اور لیموں کا رس ڈال کر تمام اجزا اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں، گارلِک مایو سوس تیار ہے۔

اب ایک پراٹھا لے کر اس پر اچھی طرح سبز چٹنی اچھی طرح پھیلا لیں۔
پھر اس پر گارلِک مایو سوس پھیلائیں اور اس پر تیار کیا ہوا K&N's Mughlai Tikkaرکھیں۔
