The Squat Jump Front Slam
using the SPRI Slam ball
Let's start with the ball on the floor between your feet
grab the ball and pull rapidly as you jump to the top then slam the ball down to the floor
finishing the squat position
This exercise is absolutely one of the best for maximizing full body explosive power
Remember... Start with the ball on the floor between the feet
Jump vertically, reaching the ball as high as possible
Slam the ball on the floor and finish in squat position
This dynamic exercise is guaranteed to truly bring out the best in you
