In this video I talk about why you should stop playing baseball. No, not stop playing baseball altogether, but take some time off. I think a lot of kids are playing too much baseball. I think it is important to give your body and mind some time away from the game. In fact, for younger athletes, I think it is good to play other sports in the baseball offseason. Offseason baseball can be used to learn new skills and ways to control your body that could help on the baseball field. Not to mention, if you take some time off from baseball, you won't get burnt out. So, stop playing year round baseball, take some time off, let your body and mind heal, and have some fun.
